Working Meeting in Lithuania on the Project “Join Us in the Fight Against Disinformation” as part of the Erasmus+ Program The penultimate transnational meeting of partner organizations took place at the Vilnius Center for Technological and Engineering Training (TECHIN) in the Lithuanian capital on May 19-20, 2023.
The highlights of the working meeting were: an online course for students to combat the spread of false information – review, dissemination, and links with the project’s social media, report of strengths and weaknesses, and measures to eliminate gaps; and a review of the study prepared so far on the implementation of tuition programs against fake news in the partner countries of the project.
Participants had the opportunity to see the educational campuses of the host organization – the Vilnius Center for Technological and Engineering Training. The educational institution’s mission and vision, the specialties of the trainees, activities, and projects implemented were presented.
